The Accounts Payable Intern is responsible for an Imaging Processor to join our Accounts Payable/Imaging team based in Virginia Beach. This job contributes to the success of Avis Budget Group by being responsible for indexing documents in various ABG systems to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures set forth by ABG. 

What You’ll Do:

This job contributes to the success of Avis Budget Group by indexing Preventive Maintenance documents for Avis Budget Group in a timely and efficient manner various systems.

• Data Entry inputting relevant information into a database accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with team members or supervisors to coordinate indexing efforts and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Keeping detailed records of indexing activities, including any modifications or updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Proficiency in typing and data entry
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently

Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
