Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Participates in clinical research projects, providing comprehensive support by collaborating closely with research customers and ensuring alignment with Philips' strategic objectives, working under direct supervision.
• Drives evidence-based product development, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
• Helps to develop detailed clinical study protocols with input from cross-functional teams and external experts, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Compiles research findings effectively through presentations during site visits, marketing events, and academic conferences, ensuring clear and impactful messaging to support product validation and adoption.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory standards for clinical studies, including adherence to FDA and EMA guidelines, while staying informed about regulatory changes to maintain Philips' compliance.
• Provides technical and scientific support to internal teams, assisting with the development of technical documents and educational materials, and offering guidance on clinical matters related to product development and marketing.
• Stays scientifically updated on the latest advancements in clinical science and medical technologies, sharing insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions and ensure Philips' competitive edge.
• Executes independent clinical science research projects and services, delivering research findings and educational content to support Philips' clinical and strategic goals, while participating in customer presentations and site visits.

Job Requirements:

  • MS or PhD degree in medical, medical science, biomedical engineering, physics or other relevant technical background.

  • Above 1-2 years research experience in Magnetic Resonance.

  • Willing to travel frequently.

  • Experience in clinical study set up and execution.

  • Strong communication skills (clinical and technical) and teamwork.

  • Can create trust, build and maintain relationships, connect and inspire.

  • Strong problem solver capability and business orientation.

  • Strong capacity to learn and apply advanced knowledge.

  • Good writing skills (Chinese and English).
