Micron is seeking a talented and experienced GRC Program Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security compliance programs to ensure the organization adheres to relevant regulations, industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security compliance program tailored to Microns specific industry and needs.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and frameworks and ensure the organizations adherence to these requirements.

  • Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, update, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines.

  • Audits and Assessments: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external security audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and lead initiatives to improve security compliance within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in security compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards (Sarbanes Oxley, NIST CSF and ISO 27001).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross functional teams.
