Procurement Agent (Associate)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate) to join our team in Mesa, AZ.

This position will manage the total procurement lifecycle for aftermarket repairs in support of Vertical Lift Sustainment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manages priorities for a high volume of stand-alone repair orders

  • Works with internal and external customers to formalize procurement requirements

  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

  • Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

  • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

  • Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Communicates across functions and programs to effectively manage risks, issues and opportunities

  • Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience do you have working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer is highly desired

  • Experience in proposing, negotiating, and executing contracts and/or subcontracts in support of US Government requirements is desired

Summary pay range: $51,850.00 – $70,150.00
