We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer with strong experience in IBI WebFOCUS, Data Engineering, and Data Warehousing concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions while contributing to modern data platforms.

Experience in microservices and full-stack development is a strong plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain IBI WebFOCUS (FEX, InfoAssist, Designer) reports and dashboards.

• Design parameterized reports and implement dynamic filters.

• Optimize report performance and handle large datasets.

• Implement security rules and row-level access controls.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production report issues.

Data Engineering

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Work with structured and semi-structured data.

• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.

• Collaborate with upstream/downstream data teams.

Data Warehousing

• Design and maintain dimensional data models (Star/Snowflake schema).

• Work on fact/dimension tables and SCD handling.

• Optimize SQL queries and indexing strategies.

• Experience with enterprise data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

Integration & APIs

• Expose reports and analytics via REST APIs where needed.

• Integrate BI outputs into enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in IBI WebFOCUS (FEX scripting, Amper variables, filters, prompts)

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience in Data Warehousing concepts

• Knowledge of ETL tools or Python-based data pipelines

• Experience with relational databases

• Performance tuning of queries and reports

• Understanding of enterprise reporting security models
