Commerce, Data & Identity: Commerce, Data & Identity provides the core product management functions for areas crucial to Disney’s media businesses. These include initiatives and products that power digital commerce, identity, and growth, as well as those that reach uniquely across The Walt Disney Company enterprise, such as messaging and privacy, among others. Additionally, it is responsible for the data engineering, science, and products for Disney Entertainment & ESPN, along with their interconnection with other parts of The Walt Disney Company.
What You Will Do:
You will help shape the future of our data governance tools, processes and operations, with a focus on both Disney customers and Privacy & Legal stakeholders, including:
Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop features that enhance the experience of both internal tool users and our streaming customers
Assist with the product development lifecycle for data governance tools and process, from discovery and ideation through delivery and iteration
Gather and analyzing feedback from stakeholders and internal data governance product users to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, directly informing product enhancements that boost usability, operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance.
Support product launches and user adoption initiatives by creating documentation, presentations, and training materials
Participate in team meetings, contributing your ideas to improve our tools, workflows, processes and user experiences.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive tools to inform product decisions
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field.
