Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Sr Director of International Supply Chain will lead, support & co-develop with international markets Supply Chain strategy and products, including nodes and flow optimization, E2E flow insights, supplier value shared efficiencies, inventory optimization, imports visibility, and order management. You will develop and manage inventory management strategy, including demand signal, automation, and product development support. Articulate financial impacts and connections with customer value proposition.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Inventory Strategy and Flow Transformation through the network

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain initiatives
  • Oversee international supply chain operations and ensure alignment with global strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes
  • Communicate Inventory Financial impacts and connection with out long-range plan

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
