What a College Intern - Marketing does at HP:

  • Develop & present business cases for portfolio decisions including new innovations.
  • Participate in strategic projects that involve cross-functional coordination between groups.
  • Support the team in preparation for senior leadership reviews.
  • Analyze market data and research for the category to generate insights/test new concepts.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Open to Bachelor and Masters students currently enrolled in a Marketing/Business/Technical program.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to quickly distill insights from data.
  • Strong Business acumen, ability to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Excel at bridging the technical and business domains.
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and influence skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Able to commit for a 5-6 months internship from January 2025.
