Manager Group Regulatory Change

The Group Regulatory Change & Advocacy Chapter is responsible for ensuring the CBA Group achieves compliance with new or amended financial services laws in order to safe-guard our customers and preserve public trust.
The role of the Manager will include gaining a detailed understanding of the regulatory change, preparing a detailed assessment of the regulatory change including an interpretation of the new/amended requirements, determining the impact of the changes to CBA, supporting identification and appointment of the Regulatory Change Sponsor, drafting obligations and working in partnership with BU/SUs to ensure that compliance arrangements are in place prior to the legislation effective date.
