Clinical & Sales Specialist (based in Porto Alegre)

Territory: Rio Grande do Sul 

We are seeking a Clinical & Sales Specialist to operate in a hybrid role that combines strong commercial capability with deep clinical and technical expertise. This professional will play a strategic part in supporting procedures, driving clinical education, developing the territory, and strengthening our presence in the cardiovascular market.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Commercial Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the assigned territory, strengthening relationships with physicians, hospital teams, and key decision-makers.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across existing and new accounts.

  • Position the portfolio effectively by understanding customer needs and using strong influencing skills.

  • Build and execute short‑term territory plans aligned with regional commercial objectives.

  • Partner closely with Sales Management and Business Managers to implement growth strategies.

  • Increase share of wallet within key strategic accounts.

  • Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support during procedures, ensuring safe and effective use of devices.

  • Educate physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on device handling, implantation techniques, troubleshooting, and procedural workflows.

  • Lead certifications of centers, physicians, and related personnel in accordance with SOPs.

  • Conduct structured training programs and ad hoc in-service sessions; continually update training materials and tools.

  • Collaborate with KOLs and proctors and provide clinical insights throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Deliver post‑procedure follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and optimal patient outcomes.

  • Validate field software and hardware updates when required.

  • Monitor clinical activities, market trends, and competitor movements in coordination with Sales and leadership.

  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to market intelligence by sharing insights related to products, clinical practice, and customer needs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and EHS standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and respect confidentiality guidelines

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Experience in the medical device industry in commercial, clinical, or hybrid roles.

  • Experience in cardiology, hemodynamics, or interventional procedures strongly preferred.

  • Background supporting procedures in high‑complexity hospital environments is a strong asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Solid understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, pathology, and hemodynamic principles.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to train diverse clinical audiences.

  • Ability to influence decisions, build long-term relationships, and navigate complex healthcare environments.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with digital tools.
