Get to know the business
The Marketing Campaign Governance & Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing campaign governance efforts with goal of establishing marketing’s impact on sales for the Corebridge Financial Digital Marketing team across multiple digital channels including but not limited to paid search, social, web, email, and sales data. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for campaign governance, project management, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong campaign governance expertise, exceptional project management capabilities, and analytical skills. The candidate must also be creative, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a clear vision for formulating, executing, and continuously improving marketing & sales campaign governance processes while project-managing digital marketing initiatives. They must also understand how marketing campaign governance impacts analytics and reporting outcomes. This position will collaborate with internal marketing teams, social and web teams, and external agencies, emphasizing cross-functional teamwork and communication.

Benefit package includes
For positions based in Woodland Hills, CA, the base salary range is $90,000-$110,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. This role is deemed a “covered associate” under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5, Political contributions by certain investment advisers, and other federal and state pay-to-play rules.
