Flutter UK & Ireland are the UKI region of Flutter Entertainment. They unite a dozen brands including powerhouses Paddy Power, Betfair, Tombola and Sky Betting & Gaming, bringing together hundreds of teams and thousands of colleagues, who create trusted entertainment for millions of customers every week. 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Customer & Accounts product domain. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the customer experience across one of the most critical areas of Betfair International. The role will work cross-functionally to define, deliver and continuously improve the services related to registration, login, account management and customer preferences across multiple jurisdictions.

As a big first step, you will be hitting the ground running for Flutter Brazil with our exciting new Project Multipass: revamping the onboarding experience for our players and bringing in a new verification provider.

You will play a key role in balancing business growth, regulatory compliance, and user experience. You'll work with technology, compliance, operations, design, and other partners to ensure our customers have seamless, intuitive, and safe experiences.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Customer Insight

  • Use internal analytics tools and ad hoc data insights to drive product improvements
  • Leverage customer feedback tools to validate feature direction and identify pain points
  • Collaborate with UX and research to understand and improve user flows

Product Strategy

  • Translate customer and business needs into a clear product roadmap
  • Make proactive product recommendations that align with your squad's and tribe's strategy
  • Perform post-launch analysis and suggest next iterations

Influencing People

  • Communicate product plans, status, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and managers
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with compliance, tech, and operational teams
  • Support and mentor junior team members where applicable

Product Execution

  • Write high-quality specs that clearly describe functionality, use cases, and edge conditions
  • Collaborate with POs, engineering, and design to deliver value iteratively and efficiently
  • Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality when launching new initiatives
  • Participate in QA process by supporting PO decisions and release readiness

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years product management experience, ideally in consumer tech
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) to make insight-driven decisions
  • Exposure to user feedback tools (e.g., applause, surveys, NPS)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery processes and working with cross-functional teams
  • Curious and customer-focused
  • Proactive in seeking input, sharing progress, and escalating blockers
  • Comfortable balancing near-term deliverables with long-term strategy
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success
