Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Enterprise house Lincoln an Anglian Water site.

An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Customer Delivery team as a Customer Care Co-ordinator. The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. 

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will manage additional contacts, addressing customer issues, queries and manager ring backs, and resolving them directly or escalating as appropriate. 

 

A key part of this role is owning and taking full responsibility for customer issues, by providing an outstanding end to end service for customers. You’ll also proactively screen confirmed work orders to verify satisfactory completion, reducing additional contacts. You’ll run an intensive care report daily, taking appropriate action for unresolved customer issues. 

What does it take to be a Customer Care Co-ordinator? 

  • Excellent customer service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience, and manager call-backs 

  • Able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use 

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal 

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to remain calm, tolerate, and professional  

  • Able to show excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills
