Job Description:

· Serve as a key member of an Analytic Agile Delivery Team which uses the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) method to deliver customer focused and scaled data and analytic product solutions.

· Utilize deep clinical/operational and technical expertise to leverage healthcare data and solve real-world problems.

· Partner with the team Product Owner and Product Management to understand, prioritize and resource stakeholder data needs.

· Collaborate with Data Platform Architects to identify, develop and maintain data assets in support of clinical or operational focus area.

· Consult closely with team Data Analysts to ensure appropriate and impactful usage of available data assets in all aspects of analytic work.

· Serve as the connector between data, processes, and outcomes of the analytic services provided by the Agile team.

· Coordinate needed data capture, database analysis, design, data workflow and visualization.

· Guide data strategy for ongoing requests and future opportunities.

· Provide leadership in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and quality.

· Provide ongoing training, maintenance, monitoring and promotion of data applications and reports to ensure data is widely known, accessible and used to its fullest potential.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence twice per week. Position may telecommute from home within reasonable commuting distance of Salt Lake City, UT.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases.

· Knowledge of Alteryx, Cognos, and Tableau.

· Knowledge of Architecture and Modeling Tools.

· Knowledge of Data Integration and Strategies.

· Knowledge of SQL.

· Knowledge of R and Python.

· Knowledge of Data Warehouse Concepts, Models, Cohorts, Metrics and KPIs.

· Knowledge of documenting and implementing data specifications and data quality processes.

· Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and their use in outcomes reporting.

· Knowledge of writing technical specifications and managing project implementations.

Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testing/screening and background checks.

Salary (Annual): $125,000.00 - $140,000.00

Work Location: 81 Mario Capecchi Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence twice per week. Position may telecommute from home within reasonable commuting distance of Salt Lake City, UT.

Travel: Domestic travel required once per quarter (4 times per year) to meet in-person with critical customers.

Hours of Work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$43.92 - $69.16
