WHO IS AGICAP?
Since our foundation in Lyon in 2016, we have been revolutionizing the liquidity planning market for SMEs across Europe. We enable our clients to strategically manage their cash flow - to stay on top of things, to look ahead and to grow. Being part of AGICAP means enabling every business to grow and helping companies achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Through one of the largest FinTech funding rounds of USD 100 million in 2021, we have grown from 3 founders to >500 employees. Most recently in November 2024, we raised and additional €45M with AVP. But we are just getting started and are looking for team players with an entrepreneurial mindset and the will to make Agicap the No. 1 all-in-one tool for cash flow in Europe.

Als Junior Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bist du ein:e wesentliche:r Wachstumstreiber:in auf dem DACH-Markt und arbeitest zusammen mit dem lokalen Sales-Team sowie dem globalen Marketing-Team, das sich in unserem Headquarter in Lyon befindet. Du berichtest an Lisa Schöberl (Head of Global Field Marketing), arbeitest direkt mit Anh Nguyen, Field Marketing Manager und wirst ebenso eng im Austausch mit Max Springer, unserem General Manager Deutschland, sein.

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of
- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
- A role play or case study with the respective department
- Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
