GEICO is seeking a driven, experienced, and highly collaborative professional to join our team as a Senior Recruiting Manager supporting our Operations organization. In this role, you will build strong partnerships across Operations leadership, Talent Acquisition, HR, and other internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to identify talent needs, improve workforce planning, and deliver a strong partnership experience across the recruiting process.

The Senior Recruiting Manager, will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, aligning recruiting support with business objectives, and driving communication and collaboration between the Operations organization and Talent Acquisition. This role will report into the Head of Recruiting for Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition relationship, building trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders

  • Manage team to enable use of data and build sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles and to ensure hiring needs are met

  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and organizational changes that impact recruiting demand

  • Translate business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and collaborate with recruiting teams to drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes

  • Lead regular talent planning discussions and provide updates, insights, and recommendations on hiring progress and market trends

  • Use data and metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend solutions to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

  • Drive issue resolution, remove barriers, and ensure a seamless partnership experience across the end-to-end recruiting process

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, Recruiting Operations, and other partners to support Claims hiring initiatives

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, communication, and service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, business partnership, or relationship management

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with senior leaders and influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into talent solutions

  • Experience using data, insights, and market information to guide decision-making and improve outcomes

  • Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, or recruiting technologies is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting or partnering with senior leadership, insurance operations, or other complex business functions

  • Experience in a strategic Talent Acquisition partner or HR business partner capacity

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims-related talent needs

Location: Hybrid onsite three days a week.
