Would you like to join a highly skilled Legal Operations team and play a key role in shaping how contract management systems are used and developed across the business?
In this role, you will combine hands-on system expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration, supporting the daily operation and continuous improvement of our legal technology landscape. You thrive in the space between business and technology, enjoy problem-solving, and feel comfortable engaging with both end-users and vendors as part of an ongoing system implementation and optimization journey.
The role
The System Specialist is responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and end-user support of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution and other legal tech systems. This role ensures the platforms run smoothly, data remains accurate, users are supported effectively, and new releases or updates are tested and implemented. Alongside your technical focus you will have weekly update meetings with vendors securing that the business is serviced correctly with the necessary system updates.
Responsibilities
System Administration:
· Act as super-user for legal tech systems, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting
· Maintain user roles, permissions, and access rights
· Configure and maintain contract templates, workflows, and dashboards
· Perform regular “system health checks” and routine maintenance
· Monitor and safeguard data accuracy within the legal systems
User Support:
· Act as second-line support for end-users, managing questions, issues which have been assigned to Legal Operations from first-line support (ServiceNow)
· Support the resolution of any issues or defects reported incl testing resolutions in the legal systems
· Escalate technical/systemic issues to DD&AI Product Owner or vendor(s) as needed
· Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting steps
· Deliver ad hoc training sessions for new users
Release Management & Testing:
· Assess new system releases and identify the impact for Genmab
· Participate in UAT for new features and upgrades
· Support communication of new releases and functionality to end-users
· Document system changes and ensure configurations are updated accordingly
Reporting & Documentation:
· Generate and maintain system reports and dashboards
· Keep documentation of system configurations and processes up to date
· Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate logs
Requirements
· BSc in Business Administration, IT, or related field
· Min 2 years of experience in system administration or user support (CLM, CRM, ERP systems preferred).
· Experience in working with AI driven solutions.
· Solid Excel skills.
· Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes is a plus but can also be learned.
· Strong troubleshooting skills with customer service mindset.
· Self-driven and proactive.
· Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality within areas of responsibility.
