Key Responsibilities
Ensure the deliverables and accuracy of project costs estimation in view of customer requirement & schedule
Collaborate with Sales team to attend customer tender clarification, analyze customers' technical specifications and recommend the best product configuration and installation methodology
Conduct technical product presentation to potential customers, consultants and architects
Analyze and work with Sales/Operation/Supply Chain and Finance to optimize the local costs particularly on the major and sizable projects
Ensure CLC materials is ordered timely in accordance with project schedule and correct specifications
Support Sales team to inspect at job site physically for site requirements
Provide information in related to technical data changes
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines
Experienced in Vertical Transportation particularly in preparing, providing and executing project cost estimation and project technical specification
Good command of English (written and oral)
Advanced proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and AutoCAD
Meticulous with good time management, stakeholders management and organizational skills
A team player who enjoys working in dynamic and multicultural business environment
