This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.

How you will contribute

1.提供 CI 工具和技术的培训。协助产线遵循公司设立的日常管理体系 (DMS)。
2.协助团队收集数据或从系统提取数据，用以支持 CI 活动和 DMS
3.推进根本原因分析，以应对已经发现的损失并弥补产线 KPI 计分卡缺口
4.设立新的工作标准，以维持改进
5.通过CI活动培训并赋能员工掌握 CI 工具以及新工作标准
6.组织产线loss分析，建立loss消除体系并赋能员工持续消除loss
7.统筹管理产线持续改进项目，负责1-2个产线重要项目，以保证项目按时，顺利交付
8.协助推进精益生产，持续赋能员工
9.通过VSM等工具改善生产流程

能力要求：

1.本科及以上学历
2.2年及以上 CI 及高绩效工作体系的经验
3.强大的协调及沟通技能，帮助团队进行 CI 活动讨论
4.在工厂或运营环境中，精益化生产和/或 TPM 工具的应用
5.具备逻辑及结构性思维，能够从数据中提取出有效信息
6.项目管理的经验
