Job Description:

  • The Head of Customer Marketing leads the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies within the Client & Marketing department, driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all channels and customer segments.

  • Deep expertise in customer marketing, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and customer segmentation methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, customer needs, and regulatory environment
  • Expertise in brand management, positioning, and customer value proposition development
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stack, marketing attribution models, and measurement frameworks
  • Understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and key marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of content marketing, integrated communications, and multi-channel campaign development

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing budgets and campaigns
  • Track record of developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies in enterprise environments
  • Experience working in financial services and/or insurance
  • Professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Marketing Management)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Background in digital transformation or customer experience optimization

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns targeting customer segments across all business lines
  • Oversee customer research, analytics, and insights programs to inform strategic marketing decisions
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Design and implement customer journey mapping and experience optimization programs
  • Lead brand positioning and customer value proposition development for key market segments
  • Direct the development of marketing content, creative assets, and collateral for customer touchpoints
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure marketing alignment and customer success
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members and manage departmental resources
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
