The Opportunity:

As a CACI All Source Analyst supporting the Special operations Command-North (SOCNORTH) Joint Intelligence Support Element (JISE) you will conduct research and analysis on complex targets, networks and target systems and present various types of target development products to SOCNORTH senior leadership. As an embedded analyst you will provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives. You will also support the sharing of information and intelligence with U.S. Law Enforcement Agencies (including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); and other DoD agencies in support of SOCNORTH mission priorities as required in the defense of the Homeland. You will also serve as key member of a threat analyses and assessment team directly supporting Special Operations commands across US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise.  

Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, write, and review reports, and briefings on information derived from all-source multi-discipline intelligence.
  • Draft and present various finished products including intelligence assessments, white papers, briefings, talking points, link charts, and other analytical/administrative records to support various command and interagency actions.
  • Analyze, coordinate, and integrate intelligence information from assigned AOR threat organizations to assess developments, trends and threat implications within critical geographical and functional areas.
  • Apply comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of threat analyses, and forecasting methodologies to develop long range estimates and projections.
  • Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information developing products to support the mission.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoD contract.
  • More than five years coordinating MULTI INT support to network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
  • Direct experience providing operations or intelligence support.
  • Operational and functional understanding of intel analysis tools to include M3, Lucky, HOT-R, JIDO ANTS, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, DataXplorer, PROTON, TargetCOP, and various OSINT Tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Proton, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail. 

Desired: 

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment. 
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
