How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Sales Enablement Specialist Sr., you will play a critical role in driving the adoption an effective use of sales processes and tools within the Advisor Sales division. Working closely with L&D, business partners, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure Sales Teams have the training, resources, and support needed to maximize efficiency and adhere to business standards.
You will lead and represent Sales on strategic projects and initiatives, champion technology and AI innovation, and maintain a central knowledge database that empowers the Sales team. Additionally, you’ll support the Manager, Sales Enablement, and foster collaboration across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Primary responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted resource for championing new and existing tools, including innovative AI solutions.
Identify and evaluate emerging AI-driven solutions that can streamline Sales workflows and boost productivity.
Lead the effort in ensuring the Sales Team is well trained and equipped with clear, actionable resources to maximize tool effectiveness.
Champion AI innovation by promoting best practices, monitoring usage and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2. Accountable for owning knowledge management of all sales processes and tools, ensuring information is clear, accessible and impactful.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain engaging job aids, Vidyards and reference materials that empower the Sales Team.
Build and create a central hub on Salesforce and inSite, making it easier for Sales to find resources.
Enhance the onboarding experience by partnering with L&D and Sales.
Enablement to deliver smooth, effective training on processes and tools.
Drive adoption on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for training and championing best practices across the Sales group.
3. Lead strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the Sales Enablement Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Represent the needs of the Sales Teams for projects related to Advisor Sales.
Document the project scope, process improvements and technical requirements, partnering with L&D to develop training materials for successful implementation and rollout.
Communicate effectively by providing timely, relevant updates to stakeholders, sponsors and committees (including Sales Management and other key groups).
4. Deliver structured support to Sales and business partners through proactive communication, best practice sharing and seamless coordination of meetings
Engage with the BDA Council to share insights, promote tool and process adoption and create an open forum for feedback from the council.
Own meeting coordination by managing recurring and ad-hoc Sales meetings, crafting agendas that drive focus and results.
Serve as the central point of contact via the team mailbox, ensuring timely, professional responses to inquiries and maintaining a high standard of service.
What We Are Looking For
University degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales operations and/or financial services.
CRM experience required.
Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
Bilingualism in French/English, written and verbal, is an asset.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of data, database, application and system architecture and design processes and tools.

Base Salary: A competitive annual range of $70,000 to $80,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards your contributions and results.
