Job Description

The Shared Services Lead Consultant plays a critical role within the Shared Services Organization, supporting operational excellence and strategic coordination across Line of Business initiatives. This unique position provides hands-on support with operational tasks such as expense reporting, data validation, and analytics. The role also includes high-impact responsibilities like creating executive-level decks and content that effectively communicate complex information and insights.

This individual will collaborate closely with Home Office, Line of Business leaders, and field teams, acting as a key liaison to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction, loss management, and expense control objectives. A strong ability to synthesize large volumes of data and narrative into clear, compelling stories is essential, as the role supports the officer’s vision to elevate the visibility and value of Shared Services across the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and analyzes operational and statistical data used by the Shared Services Organization.

• Manages processes to ensure delivery of compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy.

• Develops and maintains an environment of ethics and integrity that embraces all attributes of our shared vision.

Key Functional Skills

  • Presentation & Deck Development

    • Proven ability to create visually appealing and structured presentations.

    • Experience curating decks for senior leadership or strategic reviews.

    • Strong attention to formatting, brand consistency, and message clarity.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency

    • Expert-level skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

    • Proficient in PowerPoint for building executive-level presentations.

    • Strong working knowledge of Word and Outlook for documentation and communication.

  • Mural Expertise

    • Skilled in using Mural for virtual collaboration, brainstorming, and visual storytelling.

  • Data Analytics & Manipulation

    • Strong ability to interpret and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.

    • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Storytelling with Data

    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.

    • Comfortable developing and delivering officer-level content and executive summaries.

  • Attention to Detail & Quality Control
    • Strong quality assurance skills to ensure accuracy and consistency of content.

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing precision.

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience building executive level PowerPoint presentations - required.

Travel:

    Compensation

    Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
