Job Description Summary

You will direct the manufacturing shop floor execution agile team, responsible for wing to wing solutions across applications, with a clear and descriptive set of requirements captured as user stories and partner with them to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Your priority is to establish and maintain product. Ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery of a program or project through upfront client engagement. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.

  • Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional department. Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.

  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant, hands-on experience in Digital Technology and Program Management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end program delivery, from requirements definition through execution and outcomes realization.

  • Demonstrated experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, with exposure to operational challenges (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, including client engagement and alignment across technical and business teams.

  • Educational background equivalent to a Master’s degree, or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience.
