Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributor partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Develop account plans and market growth strategies.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and commercial KPIs.
Partner with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities.
Experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within industrial markets.
Background in Food & Beverage, Filtration, Separation Technologies, Process Technologies, or related industries preferred.
Experience working with distributors and regional customers.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
