What you will do

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business through proactive outbound calls and handling inbound sales enquiries. You’ll close subscription based sales for a defined set of products and services, working within a clear sales framework with set pricing, contract terms, and margins.
 

How you will do it

  • Drive high volume outbound cold calling while also managing inbound sales opportunities
  • Follow a clearly defined sales process to close subscription sales within fixed pricing and contract guidelines
  • Maximise conversion rates by delivering persuasive, value-led sales conversations
  • Increase overall deal value by identifying the best product fit and upsell opportunities
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional customer journey

What we look for
 

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments
  • Confidence in managing outbound and inbound telesales conversations
  • Ability to follow a structured process while delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Drive to hit and exceed sales targets


Nice-To-Haves:

  • Proven telesales experience, ideally in subscription based or residential/B2C environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools
