Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's information and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Your expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective security measures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and maintain the security architecture for our organization, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls and measures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure our security architecture remains robust and compliant.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on security-related matters.
- Assist in incident response and investigation, including root cause analysis and remediation.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees on best practices and policies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of security products and technologies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of our systems and data.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of security controls and measures, and make recommendations for improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with RSA Archer Platform Administration.
- Strong understanding of security architecture principles and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls and measures.
- Familiarity with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
- Knowledge of cloud security concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area is required.
