Reports to:

Head of Compliance, Bullish Exchange

Role & Responsibilities:

• Alert management, investigations, and case management

• Transaction monitoring and screening

• Market Surveillance

• Advisory to colleagues on financial crime escalations on topics such as customer onboarding, customer behaviour, regulatory changes or other topics as relevant

• Support the regular review and updating of policies and procedures

• Assist in internal, external, regulatory and AML audits

• Support in firm-wide projects such as new products and business expansion

• Operate in a dynamic and unstructured environment to support the delivery of multiple projects

• Deliver as an individual and also as part of a global team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience working in a financial services compliance environment such as banking, fintech, payments or insurance

• Proven experience in one or a combination of the following financial crime disciplines: AML, Sanctions, Fraud, market manipulation, and/or investigations, ideally with an exposure to virtual assets

• Prior transaction monitoring experience in one or more of the following areas: fiat monitoring, blockchain analytics, market surveillance, geolocation monitoring

• Exposure to compliance technology software

• Can work effectively in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• With ICA Diploma/ ACAMS compliance qualifications will be desirable
