Job Summary:
Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Channel Manager. The Channel Manager will lead development and execution of the mid to long-term business development strategy with the business partners in a given territory or market.
What you will do:
Defining, building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with channel partners to meet sales goals.
Works with business partners across the organization and outside consultants to gain industry trends and collect voice of the customer and voice of the business to propose ideas for business growth.
Governs business partners performance by managing metrics, dashboards and supporting management tools.
Gather information and assess the market including competitive issues, market dynamics, market service needs and the company position in the industry by securing a leadership role within the trade associations, technical bodies and schools particular to this sector.
Developing and implementing sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to increase market penetration.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration field or related field.
Additional Information:
This position is located in Dallas, TX.
Domestic travel up to 15% is required.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
