As part of the Donor Service team, you will provide essential support in ensuring high-quality communication and administration related to our donors. The role is primarily focused on handling incoming communication and supporting day-to-day operations.
This is a short-term role with an end date of 30/9/2026.
Key responsibilities
Respond to incoming donor inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
Manage and moderate interactions on social media channels
Perform administrative tasks related to donor service
Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
Ensure donor data is handled accurately and in compliance with GDPR
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Is detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded
Has strong administrative skills and enjoys routine tasks
Is flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing needs
Has good computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus)
Has previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles (meritorious)

The start date is in May, and the contract will run until the end of September. Working hours will vary throughout the contract period depending on operational needs, with increased workload expected during July and August (100%, 40hours/week).
On average, the role corresponds to approximately 25–30 hours per week, but flexibility is required in how hours are distributed.

Har god administrativ förmåga och trivs med rutinbaserade arbetsuppgifter
Är flexibel och snabbt kan anpassa dig till förändrade behov
Har god datorvana (Microsoft Office; erfarenhet av CRM-system är meriterande)
Har tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller liknande roller (meriterande)
