About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Relationship Manager within the FCM team that is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. The Product Relationship Manager plays a critical role in driving organic growth, defending existing revenue, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This individual helps clients maximize the full breadth of the FCM product suite while improving efficiency from both a returns and operational perspective.

A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of client strategies and identify revenue opportunities for Wells Fargo. By leveraging strong relationships, this role aims to expand client engagement within FCM and across Equities. The focus will be on Futures and OTC Clearing.


In this role, you will:

  • Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of the clients needs
  • Make decisions for providing proactive communication and consultation requiring a sound understanding of client support to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with clients, colleagues to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
  • Drive organic growth
  • Maintain consistent, professional, and value-added client coverage
  • Contribute to overall team goals set and participate in platform initiatives
  • Work effectively with FCM partners to develop and implement holistic risk management strategies for Wells Fargo’s clients
  • Build strong working relationships with all Banking and product partners across platform
  • Partner effectively with all support areas to deliver superior customer service
  • Help train, mentor, coach and develop junior talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Futures and OTC Clearing
  • Experience working with complex hedging and funding structures
  • Experience originating, structuring, pricing, and risk managing Deal Contingent transactions
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proven ability to create effective relationships with internal partners and clients
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel with comfort creating original, client/business-ready content
  • Proven ability to build and maintain deep client relationships
  • Desire to work in collaborative environment
  • Capital markets and accounting knowledge
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field


Job Expectations:

  • Registration for FINRA Series 3 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
