Job Overview

This position assists the logistics team to complete daily operations, including goods receiving & warehousing, packing & delivery, document sorting, data maintenance, logistics system operation, as well as coordination and communication among internal teams, to ensure the smooth operation of the entire logistics process and help the incumbent master logistics-related knowledge and skills through work.

본 직책은 물류 팀이 일상 운영 업무를 완료하는 것을 지원하며, 입고·창고 관리, 포장·출고, 문서 정리, 데이터 유지보수, 물류 시스템 운영 및 각 내부 팀 간의 조정과 커뮤니케이션을 포함하여 물류 전 과정이 원활하게 운영되도록 보장하고, 재직자가 업무를 통해 물류 관련 지식과 기술을 습득할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

 

1.Goods Receiving, Warehousing, Packing and Delivery 입고 및 포장 출고

• After products arrive at the logistics center, operate the logistics delivery system to complete classified warehousing according to different storage temperature requirements of products.
• 제품이 물류센터에 도착한 후 물류 출고 시스템을 조작하여 제품의 요구하는 보관 온도에 따라 분류 입고를 완료합니다.

2.According to the order information in the delivery system, after completing the system outbound operation, complete product packing and delivery arrangement in accordance with different temperature control requirements. 출고 시스템의 주문 정보에 따라 시스템 출고 작업을 완료한 후 각기 다른 온도 제어 요구 사항에 따라 제품 포장 및 출고 준비를 완료합니다.

• Documentation, Data Maintenance and System Operation
• 문서 작업, 데이터 유지보수 및 시스템 운영
• Assist in completing full-process recording and data entry of daily order processing and transportation activities to ensure accurate and traceable logistics data.
• 일상 주문 처리, 운송 활동의 전 과정 기록 및 데이터 입력을 완료하는 것을 지원하여 물류 데이터가 정확하고 추적 가능하도록 보장합니다.
• Regularly maintain basic data of the logistics system, and cooperate with the team to complete inventory counting and data verification.
• 물류 시스템의 기초 데이터를 정기적으로 유지보수하고, 팀과 협력하여 재고 실사 및 데이터 대조 작업을 완료합니다.
• Coordination and Communication
• 조정 및 커뮤니케이션
• Assist in connecting with internal teams such as procurement, warehousing and sales, synchronize logistics progress, and ensure the consistency between logistics process and inventory plan.
• 구매, 창고 관리, 영업 등 내부 팀과의 연락을 지원하고 물류 진행 상황을 동기화하여 물류 절차와 재고 계획이 일치하게 진행되도록 보장합니다.
• Cooperate with the team to solve small problems in daily logistics operations and feedback abnormal situations in time.
• 팀과 협력하여 일상 물류 운영에서 발생하는 작은 문제를 해결하고 이상 상황을 제때 피드백합니다.

5. Ad Hoc Tasks

• Complete other logistics-related work or projects assigned by the superior supervisor.
• 임시 업무
• 상급 관리자가 할당한 기타 물류 관련 업무나 프로젝트를 완료합니다.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

월요일~금요일, 오전 9:00 ~ 오후 6:00

• College degree or above, majors in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade are preferred, and outstanding current students are welcome to apply.
• 전문대 학사 이상 학력 소지자로 물류관리, 공급사슬관리, 국제무역 관련 전공자 우대하며 우수한 재학생의 지원도 받습니다.
• Familiar with office software operation, can quickly learn and adapt to the daily operation of the company's logistics information system.
