The Centre of Financial Excellence (COFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group. On a day-to-day basis, our Financial Control Teams, working in a centralised Finance function, support the various Finance Business Partner Teams and the business to drive effective decision-making.

As part of the COFE as a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in month-end close and provide analysis / advice on all financial aspects across the portfolio. 

You’ll have – 

  • Graduate degree in finance, Accounting or relevant discipline 

  • 2-5 years’ experience within a large and complex environment 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with large volumes of data 

  • The ability to work under time pressure and reprioritise tasks as required 

  • High level of accountability and resilience with an inquisitive and analytical mindset 

  • CPA/CA qualification or working towards will be highly regarded but not essential
