Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process, managing CI/CD pipelines and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be an SME. • Lead and mentor the Salesforce team, guiding them through complex technical decisions. • Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process requirements. • Architect and implement end-to-end integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, etc.) • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments (Copado added advantage) • Provide scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and other Salesforce products. • Responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive knowledge-sharing sessions. • Monitor project progress and ensure technical alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: • Strong expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture. • 8–9 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture roles. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and LWC. • Strong experience in Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, middleware like MuleSoft/ Dell Boomi/ Informatica/ Jitterbit). • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management; Copado experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture. • Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Good to Have Skills: • Copado certification and/or Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect / System Architect). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
