Job Description​

• Clinical Management: Design, monitor, and adjust patient-specific therapeutic regimens to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside physicians and clinic staff to clarify orders and document interventions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Medication Oversight: Prepare, dispense, and verify prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance.
• Patient Education: Provide routine counseling on drug information, side effects, and adherence to patients and caregivers.
• Professional Leadership: Supervise supportive personnel, manage departmental projects, and lead system-wide health initiatives. 

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD.
• Licensure: Active Pharmacist licenses in both Missouri and Kansas.
• Certifications: Missouri Medication Therapy Services (MTS) and AHA/Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
