Position Summary

The Project Manager, Long-Term Services and Supports develops and implements project plans, defines key deliverables and deadlines, and establishes project milestones for the department. This person ensures quality and consistency by monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks, and adjusting project plans as necessary.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal teams and other departments.
  • Develop change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of department policies and procedures, in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System).
  • Provide data analysis, including tracking and trending department performance measures.
  • Conduct systems testing.
  • Conduct audits and provide guidance to the department on NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) standards and guidelines.
  • Present information to the department, leadership, and outside entities.
  • Collaborate with AHCCCS as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in case management, including experience working on special projects.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with AHCCCS and NCQA (including a knowledge of relevant standards and elements).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Resides in Arizona.
  • Previous experience working in LTSS (Long-Term Services and Supports).
  • Previous experience in training new procedures.
  • Previous experience working with QuickBase.
  • Previous project management experience and/or training.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay adaptable as needed.
  • Project management certification.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
