1. PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience required:7+ Years

  • Design and configure SAP Product lifecycle management (PLM) modules- Specification Management, Recipe Development, Labeling, Document Management (DMS), Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Management (ECM).

  • Integrate SAP PLM with other SAP modules (like MM, PP, QM) and third-party systems, including CAD tools (e.g., SAP ECTR).

2. MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE

Role Description:

  • Possesses deep knowledge in Master Data Governance and all aspects of Material Master object

  • Demonstrates functional experience with the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) application, including configuration and development

  • Deep understanding in customization of Material Master fields and tables

  • Responsible for requirements gathering and translate into functional design specifications

  • Prepare business process design, conduct detail design review, perform configuration setup in client development and test environment

  • Support WRICEF development and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines

  • Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), Business Rules Framework plus (BRF+)

  • Experience in configuring rule-based Workflow, integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.

  • User interface modelling (Value restriction, Data quality, Validation and Derivation rules).

  • Process Modelling (Entity, Business Activity change, Request type, Workflow, Data replication techniques, ALE connection, Key & value mapping, Data transfer, Convert master data).

  • Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG-M module & its components.

     Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG-BP solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into functional designs.

  • Configure and customize MDG data models, workflows, business rules, validations, and user interfaces (UI modeling) for Business Partners.

  • Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other systems (via ALE, IDoc, or API-based interfaces).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 3 years in SAP MDG (preferably MDG-BP).

  • Strong understanding of SAP Business Partner (BP) concepts and their integration with Customer (KNA1) and Vendor (LFA1) objects.

  • Hands-on experience in:

  • MDG Data Modeling and Governance Framework

  • Business Rules Framework (BRF+), Data Replication Framework (DRF)

  • Workflow design and configuration

3.A. PIM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant with expertise in PIM-enabled business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading workshops to define product taxonomy, data models, attribute frameworks and hierarchies and workflows.

  • Acting as a strategic advisor by: translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.

  • Designing effective solutions and providing advisories on PIM strategies

  • Demonstrating strong technical expertise and communication skills to engage in business discussions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect pain points via interviews and user discussions and formulate business requirements with a focus on PIM capabilities

The Data Migration Consultant should have a strong background in Data Transformation and Data Migration. As the ideal candidate your role will be to support customers in their data transformation journey by implementing Data Management solutions covering Data Migrations. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.

This role requires hands-on and well versed with solutions, technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional consulting activities in advisory & implementation projects with a focus on Data Migration and Data Quality.

  • Be the link between business, the project manager, and functional/technical consultants about data migration and data quality.

  • Assess technical landscape, source systems, applications & technical artifacts, and recommend Strategy for Data Migration & Data Quality Improvement.

  • Deliver in Product Safety & Stewardship/ Compliance Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients

  • Develop relevant assets, offerings in Product Compliance areas and liase with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings

  • In-depth working and understanding of Product Compliance areas- Substance Volume Tracking, Product Safety/ Safety Data Sheets, Dangerous Goods Management, Product Marketability, Regulatory Compliance, Chemical Compliance, Global Labeling Management, Product Registration Management
