Job description details and responsibilities:

Bank of America's Digital Payments' team is seeking a Digital Manager to manage metrics, controls, and audit issues, for Digital Payments Product(s).

  • Manage Controls and Metrics for Digital Payments Product(s), including monthly SPI metric tracking and reporting, implementing control improvements, and developing and maintaining detailed metric / control procedures

  • Manage audit issue(s) for digital payments product(s), including partnering with partners to document action plans, developing reporting / control / technology solutions, and mitigating risk

  • Proactively assess processes and suggest improvements to mitigate risk

  • Partner closely with Product Partners, Legal, Risk, and Business Controls Partners to proactively mitigate risk

  • Support any risk / audit requests for processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in payments, business controls, or related business

  •  Coordinating, communicating, and managing across multiple lines of businesses experience

  • Proactive Problem Solver

  • Collaborative team-player

  • Quantitative Analysis Capability

  • Attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:
