A LEADING GLOBAL INDEPENDENT BROKER

JOB OVERVIEW

This role functions as the Executive / Senior Executive, Claims, responsible for executing claims processing. The position reports directly to the Head of Claims and requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, insurers, and external partners.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and maintain claims reports and claims manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency of documentation.

• Attend and support client meetings, providing professional claims advisory services.

• Manage claims across a broad range of business lines, including Personal Accident, Travel, Motor, Property, Construction, Marine, Casualty, Product Liability, Financial Lines, and other specialty classes.

• Handle and coordinate claims that may extend beyond Hong Kong, where required.

• Liaise and collaborate closely with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to facilitate the end-to-end claims process and achieve timely and effective resolution.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• Bachelor’s degree holder. ACII or equivalent insurance qualification is preferred but not essential; legal or technical certifications in claims handling would be an advantage.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance claims.

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end claims handling and processing.

• Comfortable with claims management systems, automation tools and digital platforms.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
