The Gogo Business Aviation Senior Product Manager-IFE will take a leadership role in the continued in-flight entertainment (IFE) & customer experience product roadmap. Through creation, and optimization of key metrics, you will grow the revenue streams built on top of Gogo Business Aviation's market leading aviation products and network. The Product Manager will work with sales, customers and third-party partners to represent the market opportunities and evangelize these needs to the development team.

How will you make a difference?
Manage Product and Service requirements, including long term roadmap, product developments, distribution, pricing, marketing, training and product documentation
Create requirements documents for the development teams
Expedite and prioritize efforts during the development process
Evangelize product vision and value proposition throughout company and to partners
Provide sales support for new product/service introductions
Identify new business and partnership opportunities and participate in new partner contract negotiations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area (or equivalent work experience), MBA preferred
4 - 7 years’ experience in product management of services
5+ years in the Avionics or Business Aviation industries
Required Skills, Experience and Talents
Able to design innovative features and cohesive products from analytics, have an eye for details, and focus on users, results, and business goals
Skilled in identifying customer and business problems, crafting the product vision, writing clear/concise requirements with consideration for the end-to-end experience, and leading the execution team to deliver on time and on budget
Understanding of in-flight entertainment
Business aviation or related experience with service provider, equipment and/or software supplier, aircraft manufacturer or support organization
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - including to executives and senior customers

Willingness to learn new skills and be self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment

128,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:
