WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 

The Sr. Campaign Manager, Head of SMB Marketing is responsible for architecting integrated campaigns that can scale and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven experience of leading campaigns and optimizing ROI across a broad range of digital and offline marketing channels - including paid media, email, in-app and 3rd party associations. This new role will be responsible for executing campaigns that drive our engagement with customers across target lines of business and industries.

This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales leadership, CS and marketing) to define campaign requirements based on customer needs. Being a self-starter, you will drive execution, test and optimize based on tracked results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and oversee campaign strategies targeting small businesses aligned to Box business objectives, including pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals.

  • Identify and measure key programs, milestones, and resources.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing programs across various digital channels, including inbound marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, and advertising.

  • Pilot and test new initiatives with actionable results while fostering growth from ongoing activities.

  • Manage project timelines and oversee the creation of deliverables and assets across Product Marketing, Brand, and Web teams.

  • Define target audience and build prioritize database segmentation

  • Request and oversee program builds from the marketing operations team.

  • Review design and copy drafts with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on data-driven findings.

  • Maintain and monitor the internal budget tracker to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize, streamline, and update existing processes and templates, as well as create new documentation and resources to enhance team efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passionate about small businesses, with a deep understanding of their needs, and able to effectively communicate through the right channels how our solutions meet their content management needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation.

  • Skilled in using automation tools to boost campaign performance and refine audience targeting, with a strong desire to learn about new technologies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Commercial / SMB marketing experience

  • Enterprise Software and/or SaaS experience

  • Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs

  • 7+ years of high-tech B2B marketing, experience in cloud marketing a plus

  • BS/BA

  • Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo and Tableau a plus
