The FTS PMO Shared Systems Operations Support Team enables efficient data distribution across the company by managing and evolving the Data Integration system. This system collects data from various sources, stores it in an Oracle database, and delivers it to consumers in multiple formats. The team acts as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into technical documentation such as solution designs, data mappings, and flow diagrams. Team members collaborate closely, contribute to impactful projects, and gain exposure to financial data systems and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
Core Responsibilities
You will partner with clients to deliver system solutions.
You will coordinate system changes with technology teams.
You will support the development of new system reports.
You will assist in extracting data from core systems.
Strategic Responsibilities
You will contribute to AI-related initiatives and explore its applications in business.
Team & Collaboration
You will analyze and map financial data across systems.
You will work with transaction and position data in financial instruments.
Experience, Education & Certifications
Current student status.
Available to work 25–30 hours per week.
Technical Skills
Understanding of equities, fixed income, options, and futures.
Ability to interpret and analyze data.
Familiarity with SQL, XML, and JSON.
Exposure to generative AI tools and models.
Soft Skills
Strong English communication skills.
Interest in financial markets.
