Job Description :

Job Purpose

  • The Director of Workforce Experience and Alignment will lead the development and execution of workforce communication, experience and alignment initiatives for the Human Resources (HR) department at Methodist Health System. This role will be responsible for constructing and delivering workforce experience enhancements and internal communication strategies that elevate the employee experience, promote engagement, strengthen organizational culture, elevate the experience, and effectively communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives to a vibrant workforce. The Director will work closely with Chief Human Resources Officer, HR leadership, senior management, and internal stakeholders to ensure a strong alignment between HR goals and organizational objectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an HR or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with internal communications strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience in crisis communication and handling sensitive HR issues.
