Job Description:

Job Summary:  

  • As a Senior Representative, Consumer Banking Deposits you will handle inbound calls and e-chats from our customers regarding all facets of their deposit accounts.  

  • In additional to answering questions regarding current accounts, you will be looking to offer new products to the customer.  

  • First to receive customer calls/e-chats and drive a concentrated focus on acquiring new accounts and customers by explaining our products and value proposition. 

Qualifications/Requirements:  

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience handling banking or financial accounts. 

  • Completed at least 2nd year in College or 2-year Associate course 

  • Excellent English Verbal and written Communication Skills 

  • Above average touch-typing skills 

  • Should be Customer Service Centric and with effective Relationship Building skills, demonstrates affinity for building and maintaining rapport with client and customers 

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. 

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs. 

  • Must have knowledge on basic Computers skills.   

  • Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team 

  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule. 

  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up.

  • Can learn new business and financial concepts very quickly. 

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Must have basic computers skills knowledge. Internet savvy. 

  • Team player with high-level of integrity and professionalism. 

  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. 

  • Highly motivated in meeting set goals and can easily adapt to any changes that the business requires. 

  • Can work under pressure in a highly regulated industry. 

  • Strong accounting background and above average financial literacy is a plus.
