Role Summary:

Gather the business requirements and implement Workday PECI integrations for Payroll Transformation project. Meet with the business and vendor teams to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Design, Develop and Deploy the integrations. Generates documentations of integration design, deployments, and support. Analyzes implemented changes and makes further adjustments to processes as required.

Experience:

  • Person must have experience in implementing PICOF and PECI integration for third party payroll vendors (preferably ADP Global View Payroll system)
  • Person should be familiar with HCM processes and Payroll data flow & its processes.
  • Person who had led the team in PECI integration implementation would be desired.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with business/client teams (HR, Payroll & ADP) to discuss business requirements and objectives.
  • Building the prototypes and demonstrate to the stakeholders.
  • Define and document the standards to be followed in implementing the integrations.
  • Creating detailed system interface specifications, field mappings, and system process designs.
  • Developing, testing, and deploying PECI integrations required to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and improving integration processes, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Providing guidance to technical teams.
  • Leading, managing, and ensuring desired outcomes for the project.
  • Initiating and maintaining positive relationships with all local stakeholders.
  • Escalating issues and recommendations.
  • Provide ideas to project team to design and implement solutions that meet applicable business  
  • requirements.
  • Proactively assess risk across projects, take action to mitigate them, and create contingency plans.
  • Makes decisions on whether to trigger contingency plans independently and communicates to
  • stakeholders/management.
  • Supporting the operations teams in technical understanding and deliver required documentations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in PECI implementations in medium to large size projects and multi-regional teams
  • Workday certified CCTPP desired.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Report and procedure writing skills.
  • Highly organized, with good time management skills and the ability of multi-tasking.
  • Experience with collaboration and critical thinking exercises.
  • Ability to identify, suggest and promote solutions to streamline integration development.
