Power Quality is currently in an exciting phase of growth and innovation. As we embrace strategic challenges, we are looking for an Engingeering Strategy Officer to help lead the way and shape the future of our organization. This role involves working across multiple engineering disciplines as well as other functions within the organization to support and lead complex strategy projects from concept to completion.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead the development of competitive engineering solutions.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that support organizational growth and innovation
• Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and internal performance data to guide strategic decisions.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Collaborate directly with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Your Background

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven prior experience from similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
