We are seeking a talented individual to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe to enable our colleagues to focus directly on clients. In our daily work, we strive for efficiency, high quality, and outstanding results delivered in a timely manner. Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities, and more. We are at the heart of Marsh's value proposition for multinational clients, allowing us to stay connected to business and colleagues across Europe.

We will count on you to:
Serve as an administrative clerk, ideally also covering the technical insurance subject area
Communicate effectively with customers and insurers
Manage incoming emails in CRM system and process quote requests
Create contracts, policies, amendments, and manage invoicing and billing
Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences
Handle electronics, photovoltaics, machinery, and construction segments
What you need to have:
Education in the insurance sector or comparable professional experience, ideally in technical insurance
Fluent German and English language skills (C1)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
