Job Summary:
This position is responsible for all Treasury Services at WellStar, maintaining the appropriate policies and procedures, recommend adequate level of staffing and training for that staff, assure adequate controls, and provide support for regulatory reporting. Manage banking relationships, oversee cash flow positions, manage credit card machines and ATM machines, manage outbound wire transactions and bank transfers, mange the investment manager WellStar uses, manage the reporting of financial information based on the investments, mange the PCard Administrator and their duties, and other duties as assigned.
1. Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting. Complete special projects as assigned for presentation to senior management. Manage Staff as needed.
2. Manage Banking relationships, especially with the main bank for WellStar, yet to include the other banks connected to WellStar as well. This includes:
a. Maintain all domestic and global banking relationships,
b. establishing new accounts,
c. preparing proper signature authority on accounts and other establishment activities,
d. the overall consolidation and closing of accounts over time.
3. Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the currency and interest rates on the company's cash flows and borrowings, as applicable. Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning. This also includes the preparation of Cash projections on a daily basis, with these cash projections to encompass daily for 14 days and weekly for 13 weeks and monthly for 12 months cash projections for all cash within WellStar. Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPIs.
4. Manage the Credit Card machines and ATMs throughout WellStar. Deploy new and replacement equipment as needed, record as appropriate any issues and resolve problems from WellStar Team Members.
5. Manage the Investment Managers we use throughout WellStar. This includes:
a. Maintain broker database for trade clearance and counterparty risk,
b. obtaining the reports from the Investments we have and prepare confirmation of investments,
c. proper recording of investments in the financial statements and accounting records of WellStar,
d. preparation of the reconciliation of investments and cash within the respective accounts,
e. preparation of the reconciliation of SOX and other compliance reports from investment managers.
6. Manage PCards as the PCard Administrator duties, especially maintaining appropriate policies and procedures, issuing and retracting PCard per policy, assist in the creation of and follow policies and procedures to guard against fraud and misuse, and apply consequences evenly and fairly.

Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Finance or Masters Finance-Preferred
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

CPA and or CFA Preferred
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 4 years Treasury Activities for a healthcare organization Required
