As a Retail Store Manager with La-Z-Boy you'll be leading by example, which we believe the be the best way to lead. You'll be working with high quality, design savvy clients who appreciate quality and comfort while coaching and mentoring your team to success.

Just like owning your own business, you'll be responsible for achieving all sales targets and meeting budget requirements. While selling along side your team, you will have co-managers who will be with you every step of the way including your Interior Designer and Sales Manager.

This position holds significant influence over the store's financial health, team morale and development, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience and reputation in the community. Store revenue up to 5 million per year and leadership of up to 15 direct reports.
