Job Description:

The opportunity:

Hitachi Energy High Voltage factory in Dong Nguyen, Bac Ninh we are looking for Engineering Intern who will support Engineering team to make work instruction / Value stream mapping (VSM)/ Process- Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (P-FMEA). Measure & analysis routing time to balance line activity. You will also learn and propose technical solutions and works on task assignments, using established standards, methods and technologies, to develop solutions and resolve issues.

How you’ll make an impact:

• You will make & update work instructions and training operators, making sure all changes of process are up to date to work instruction.

• You will be supporting to measure routing time to balance line.

• You will work on process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of manufacturing process and methods. You will coordinate any rework activities as needed, support product care to do P-FMEA.

• You will attend the production meeting to support the production line in ensuring production output as per production plan, conduct another task as assigned by the immediate Manager.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• Comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process.

• Good computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Ability to work independently and structurally, strong analytical thinking, good at time management.

• Good command of English.
